Products that are manufactured and packaged at Botanx, LLC comply with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) established under the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, CTFA, Proposition 65 and The California Safe Cosmetics Act of 2005. Manufactured products are inspected for compliance with all requirements outlined in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements. Raw materials are obtained from reputable, approved sources and are controlled from receipt under written SOPs, microbiological testing is performed by approved, third party laboratories and processes and procedures are continuously reviewed and updated as necessary.
